Does your AI ever see our real data?
No. Your data is sanitised in your own browser first, so the AI only ever sees a sanitised copy — never your real values, and never the re-identification key. A third-party AI service processes only that sanitised copy.
Is my data anonymous?
No — and we won't claim it is. It's pseudonymised: materially harder to re-identify, but not anonymous. Being upfront about the limits — column names leave in default mode, and dominant category patterns can persist.
Which AI do you use?
A third-party AI service processes only the sanitised data — never your real data. We're in pilot and finalising provider details; we'll name the provider and put a data processing agreement (DPA) in place before we handle any client work.
What actually leaves my machine?
Only the sanitised copy — the re-identification key never leaves. Honest limits: column names leave in default mode, and dominant patterns can persist. Even recorded calls are scrubbed on your machine — only a scrubbed version of the requirements reaches us, never the recording.
Will a dashboard built on the sanitised copy work on my real data?
Yes. The sanitised copy is structurally identical (columns, types, relationships), so it works the moment you reconnect your real data.
So… do you actually use AI?
Yes — and we're upfront about it. AI does the design and build; that's what makes it fast and affordable. Our guarantee isn't "no AI" — it's "the AI only ever sees a sanitised copy, never your real data."
What if I only need one dashboard?
You can pay for a single job. Most clients stay on retainer because dashboards keep evolving and the retainer keeps them maintained and fast.

Tableau and Metabase today. Power BI and Looker are on the roadmap — we'll say when they're live, not before.
Who owns the dashboard?
You do — design ownership is assigned to you by contract.
NDA or regulated data?
Standard suits most; Hybrid shares only de-identified structure; a fully-local Offline build (no third-party AI) is available on request. NDA-friendly; a DPA will be in place before we process any client data.
